Please note the following while downloading forms

  1. All fees (where mentioned are to be paid through demand draft only.
  2. The cost of the form should be included in the DD amount
  3. Students who are downloading the form and using it are required to remit Rs20/- for the price of the form along with the examination fees. In case of Foreign students, they are requested to remit USD 5 for the price of the application form along with the examination fees.
