The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) is the statutory professional body established under an Act of Parliament viz. The Cost and Works Accountants Act 1959, to develop the Cost and Management Accountancy profession in India.

Cochin Chapter of ICWAI is one of the most vibrant chapters under Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. The Cochin Chapter is actively engaged in professional development of its members and overall development of students.
